Kona's promise is turning into reality as he finished his American Championship in June of 2006 at 16 months. He finished quickly, winning Winner's Dog in March 2006 for his first points, quickly picking up a 4 point major and finishing his championship in June with his second 4 point major. In his first weekend as a Special, Kona went Best of Opposite Sex in a large breed class of 7 cairns. In October 2006, Kona earned his Junior Earthdog title, his Senior Earthdog title was earned in 2007. Kona earned his Rally Novice title in November 2007. In May of 2008 Kona achieved the distinction of Master Earthdog.
Also for 2007, Kona earned the Cascade Cairn Terrier Club's Versatility Award. He also earned the Cairn Terrier Club of America's Versatility Award.
In March 2008, Kona earned his Rally Advanced title.
In September 2008 Kona became the first Cairn Terrier to hold a Canadian Senior Earthdog and American Master Earthdog title!
In October 2008, Kona earned his International Championship!
In December 2008, Kona completed his Canadian Championship!
Kona is a masculine dog with nice expression on an impressive head, with nice, large teeth. He is a well balanced boy with wonderful movement moving front, back and from the side.
His sire is AMCH Kinloch's For What It's Worth RN, ME (Stiller) (see Stiller's pedigree) and CANCH My Elizabeth McCairn (see Elizabeth's pedigree).

Kula is our first cairn and she doesn't have a fancy kennel name and she doesn't enter the beauty pageants (conformation). However she loves to compete in rally obedience and is doing well in her agility training. Her training sessions are virtually perfect, and when she competes at a show.....well, the entertainment value is priceless! She smiles, looks at the crowd and pretty much squeaks by, barely qualifying. She's such a funny dog!

Hattie is a delightful girl who is always on the go. She's a lovely girl that has that has wonderful movement coming and going and from the side. Hattie has that "look at me" quality to her. Hattie earned her AKC AMCH in November 2007.
